How can I change my payment method?
Payment methods are stored at the company level within ReferOn. A single company can store multiple payment methods granting the flexibility of applying a payment method to some of their accounts and another to others.
If you are not using a master login you do not have the functionality of adjusting the payment method.
If you are using a master login, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Edit - Company Information or Profile - Payment Methods.
- Create payment method and select your chosen fields
- Repeat as necessary
- Go to My Company and bulk edit the affiliate account to the correct payment method
