Introducing Refie
This release brings a fresh face to ReferOn - Refie.
Refie is the starting point in making ReferOn more personal and less static, giving users that individual touch and more recognizable imagery
You will find Refie in various pages throughout the system and in features as ReferOn expands. The below is some examples of pages that you will see Refie.
Reward History
We have now introduced more transparency into reward changes, providing insight on past changes and the details. This can be found in the affiliate page under a new tab - Reward History.
It provides details on the following:
- Reward plan details
- Source (Partner or Affiliate)
- Start Date
- End Date
- Updated Date
- Updated By
Currently this shows Partner Program updates, such as reset to inherited, and affiliate level updates only. Brand and Media Item changes will come in a later release.
Report Update Tip
Based on feedback on how users have been using the ReferOn reports, we have now added a small tip to encourage regeneration of reports if filters, groupings, etc have been adjusted since last load.
Fixes
- Previously when checking the Customers section, the plan showing for the player was the current deal on the media item, not the actual plan that the player was assigned to. This has now been resolved and now shows the accurate plan.
- Small bug fixes and UI improvements across the platform.
