Inheritance Tag

To enhance visibility on reward plans throughout the system a inheritance tag icon has been added to the reward plan throughout the system showing either:

• "I" = Inherited, meaning it is taking the plan from the level
• "C" = Custom, meaning it was customised at this level.

Fixes

The following issues have now been resolved.

• Filter display problem for media items, in particular for the country filter.
• Certain fields on media items after creation were not editable.
• The Statistics toggle was missing from the Affiliates page.
• Various country name lists were not in alphabetical order.
• Campaign filter was missing from the page.
• Small typing errors and ID naming has been fixed through the system.
