New Functionality
New Registration Flow
The new flow is being rolled out in phases. If you do not see the new design now for your program, you will get it shortly. This is to help with a steady rollout and to get feedback along the way.
We have fully revisited the registration and sign in flow for admin and affiliate users, although mainly for affiliate users. The following screenshots showcase the changes at each stage;

Side bar design has now been removed and replaced with a fresh new look. Centralising the fields and placing the program logo to the top right and any picture in the background.
Creating an affiliate account
Creating an account has also had a flow change. See the following steps;
Step 1
Start with username, email and password.
Password requirements are now more visible than previously.
Step 2
Company logic has now also been reviewed, giving affiliates the option to create a Company or join an existing company (see Step 2.1).

Joining an existing company is now much easier as well. Each company has their own invitation link which can be found in My Company at the top.
Alternatively, a Company GUID can added in the sign up form manually similar to the below screenshot.
Note: The internal Create an Affiliate button WITHIN Referon is unchanged. Companies may still choose to do this flow if they prefer.
Step 3
If creating a new Company, choose whether it is a Personal or Company account.
The differences are only in the Company Name:
- Personal - Ideal for single accounts. It will auto fill the Company Name as the first name and last name.
- Company - Ideal for multi accounts. It will give the user a choice in Company Name.
Step 4
We have kept the initial login component short to reduce issues or affiliates turning away from signing up. Instead, after completing the basic name and login functionality, affiliates will be taken to a dummy page which mirrors ReferOn and will go through step by step on various details.
At this stage affiliates MAY skip these steps, but we encourage them to fill in the further details to help build their profile.
Steps 5 through to 7 are all optional.

Here is where they would enter contact details.

Then onto traffic sources.
Reminder: The Traffic Type list is based on the operators list they have created. Should you need one that is not in the list, please contact the affiliate team.

Once filling in payment details, the affiliate will then be presented with a basic screen in which they can close the window or return to login.
