New Functionality

The following issues have now been resolved.

Declined master affiliates/companies were showing when filtering for companies in various pages. This has now been resolved and only approved will show.
Visual error occurred in payments page and month bar. This has now been resolved.
When trying to download multiple reports at the same time an error is now displayed.
Minor fixes on Fixed Fee module were achieved.
Correct time is now shown for affiliate signups.
